The Sega-manufactured base board is connected to the XBox board via a 40 pin 80-wire flat cable and a 162 e8 ^0 `1 }- e) e2 a1 m. @" s5 ]6 j
pin 16-wire flat cable connects to the LPC header, plus a couple of thin multi-wire cables which join to the" C' H3 r0 J0 ]4 P" n, v+ R# Y+ M5 v
XBox game controller ports (USB1.1) and front panel connector.

* J0 m$ j/ p" e* J The chip at IC10 contains the firmware of the Base Board, serial number and REGION of the whole system.
* P! \) h& O: H- c z, Y e The region is located at offset 0x00001F10. 01 is JAPAN, 02 is USA, 03 is EXPORT. If you want to change
