Changed the way region is set up on MVS hardware so there is more chance of a system* m0 F3 S5 t+ S V6 }( R
with bad BackupRAM booting correctly.

The UNIVERSE BIOS requries a 27c1024 type EPROM, simply burn the UNIVERSE BIOS image: ]& v% G8 ?6 t h
onto it and then put it in place of the original BIOS on your NeoGeo hardware.
